Since the transfer point to Hoi An is mainly the pier and bus station in Da Nang, you can take the bus/taxi to Hoi An very conveniently.

Note: From Danang to Hoi An there are two ways:

+ You can follow Highway 1 to the South about 27km to Vinh Dien street and turn left 10km to Hoi An.

+ The second route is closer and absent, from Da Nang center cross Han river bridge, Da Nang provincial road – Hoi An, to Hoi An about 30km.

Cau Pagoda (Japanese Bridge)

Location: The bridge across the creek flows into the Thu Bon river bordering between Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Tran Phu street.

This place is a shining point in the middle of Hoi An. There is a shrine in the middle of the bridge, that worships the Great Emperor. This is a unique structure place, it is a perfect mix among Chinese, Vietnamese, Western, and Japanese architectural styles.

Phuc Kien Assembly Hall

Location: No. 46 Tran Phu Street

It is said that the forerunner of this place is a small shrine, which worships the statue the goddess of protection for traders surpassing the ocean wind, which was picked up on the coast of Hoi An in 1697. Through many restorations, with the main contribution from the people of the old Phuc Kien State, contributing to the beauty of the ancient architecture of Hoi An.

Museum of History – Culture

Location: No. 13 Nguyen Hue Street.

Founded in 1989, the museum displays 212 original artifacts and valuable materials in pottery, porcelain, bronze, paper, wood… reflecting the stages of urban development – the commercial port of Hoi An from the time of Sa Huynh culture (from the second century AD) to the Cham culture (from the 2nd to 15th centuries) and the Dai Viet culture, Dai Nam (from the 15th to the 19th centuries).

Hoi An handicraft workshop

Location: No. 9 Nguyen Thai Hoc.

The workshop owns the most traditional handicrafts of this city, such as weaving fabrics, mats, lacquerware, pottery… Visit the workshop, visitors visually see the skillful hands and excellent skills of artisans, creating fine art and craftsmanship from their hands.
