E-Visa

Tomorrow I Fly To Vietnam But My Evisa Is Not Approved Yet. How Can I Do?

People said that it normally took 3 working days for processsing when applying in Vietnam Government Website for Evisa. However, it is more than 3 working days from the date I applied, and I still have not received the evisa yet. Tomorrow I fly to Vietnam but I don’t have visa now. I am very stressful. Please advise how can I do?

The Government website received many Evisa order every day, that is the reason why sometimes it is getting stuck, and some visa orders can be delayed. We received many feedbacks of customer about it, but there is no way to make it faster. You still have to wait until it is approved.

In your case, you should apply a visa approval letter for back up plan. If your Evisa is still not completed tomorrow, you can use this letter to get visa on arrival.

For your information, visa on arrival is the visa which applicants get when landing at the Vietnam airport. In order to get this kind of visa, they need to have the approval letter. Approval letter is likely the permit document which allows applicant get visa on arrival. This letter is applied online, and it takes 2 working days for processing it as normal. However, this letter can be processed urgently, so the applicant can get it within 1 hour, 4 hours or 1 day (depending on the express service applicant choose).

Apply approval letter here.
