Cat Bi airport is an international airport in Hai Phong city, Vietnam. To obtain visa on arrival at this airport, you should have these documents in advance:

1/ Visa Approval Letter: This is the document issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department, stating that the people inside can get visa on arrival at the international airports. When you arrive Cat Bi airport in Hai Phong city, you will see “landing visa counter” where issues visa on arrival. This office is in front of passport control counter.
